CRS Internship Program

CRS offers graduate students in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy a supportive, hands-on internship experience focused on mentorship, community, and professional development.

Caseload Requirements

  • Practicum: 4 clients/week
  • Internship: 12–15 clients/week
  • Flexible scheduling with a 15-hour weekly availability minimum
  • One evening or weekend day availability required

  • Office tour & lead therapist check-in

Supervision & Support

  • Weekly individual supervision
  • Bi-monthly group supervision (varied times offered)
  • On-call support weekdays 5–8pm & weekends
