Elena SnitzerMarriage and Family Therapy Intern

Hi, I’m Elena! I am originally from Southern California, but found my way to Colorado to study Psychology at Colorado State University. I am now pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University.

I enjoy working with couples, women, and adults. My approach is collaborative and systemic, looking at how family, culture, and relationships shape our experiences. I believe therapy is a space for both support and challenge, and I encourage clients to push past patterns that may be holding them back while also feeling understood and supported.

I bring curiosity and compassion into my work, with the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow and create change in their lives. Therapy is a place to explore, reflect, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others, and I am excited to be part of that process.

I am committed to creating an inclusive space that respects and celebrates each client’s identity and story. My hope is to create a space where all clients feel seen, respected, and empowered in their growth.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my cat, starting new craft projects, catching up on shows, and connecting with friends. I love learning and trying new things, and I look forward to learning about you and your story.
