Hello and welcome! My name is Farrin and I am unofficially inviting you to invest in yourself. I am here for you. I believe that deep healing occurs through attunement and connection, not in isolation. I am EMDR trained and provide an integrated and creative therapeutic approach based on your needs and the dynamic parts of you. I am passionate about supporting others in exploring their identity, clarifying their values, and building loving relationships with both themselves and others. You are not a burden. It is a privilege and an honor for people to take care of you when you are struggling. You do not need to earn love by being good, by accomplishing, performing, pleasing, and doing everything perfectly.

Originally from the rural Midwest, I received my bachelor's degree in Community Psychology from Saint Cloud State University. I served in Americorps in communities and schools both in Massachusetts and Washington states and have lived and worked abroad exploring New Zealand and teaching English in South Korea. Following my travels abroad, I moved to Colorado and earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health. Over my professional career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings both in schools and communities.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and pets, finding live music, exploring outdoors, and traveling. I look forward to meeting you.
