Welcome, I’m happy you’re here! 

My name is Liv (Olivia) Szeliga. I was born and raised in the Colorado foothills and red rocks, where my love for nature and music took root. Warm, curious, and open-hearted, my therapeutic practice prioritizes compassion, creativity, and connection. I believe therapy is a sacred space for exploration, filled with trust, bravery, and authenticity. I honor the inherent worth, wisdom, and potential for change within each individual. Through a holistic blend of body-centered practices, expressive arts, eco-based interventions, and mindfulness, we’ll co-create a path that gently honors your unique lived experience while nurturing growth, healing, and a deeper sense of purpose and joy. It is an honor to be a witness and companion alongside your courageous journey through healing and transformation! 

My previous education includes a BA in Sociology, which deepened my passion for advocacy and shaped the way I understand social systems. Currently in the clinical phase of my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regis University, I have the privilege of supporting individuals navigating complex trauma as well as the opportunity to attend additional training in somatic approaches, polyvagal theory, and identity-based trauma. 

Outside of my therapeutic practice, I'm an artist and dancer, a bookworm and music enthusiast, and a fan of skiing, chai lattes, and the company of friends and family.
