Hello! It’s a privilege to have you here. I am a Marriage and Family Intern from Regis University. I believe relationships are the most powerful and impactful contributor to our lives, and this starts with the relationship to self. My goal is to help clients build a fulfilling and intentional life through improvement of your relationship to self and others.

Together, we will work through the barriers that have led to disconnection from yourself and within your relationships. My goal is to go beyond the symptoms to uncover and address the root issues causing dissatisfaction. We will process emotions, improve resiliency, grow your self-trust, navigate relational distress and dynamics, build on and develop your internal resources, and bridge the gap between where you are and where you would like to be.

To do this, I use an integrated approach of emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), and various family systems theories. As I strongly believe that true change happens when the nervous system is also addressed, I integrate somatic work in session where possible to build on the mind-body connection. My past career experience includes a leadership role in the corporate setting which has helped to shape me as a therapist as well.

In my free time, I am passionate about music, new experiences (such as travel and crossing off bucket list items), my plants, and trying new restaurants. I love to spend time with my friends, read, be out in nature (even better if near the water), move my body, and love on my sweet pup!
