Everyone deserves a place where they feel safe to show their real self and their philosophy, no matter whether this place is a therapy room or not. It takes a lot of courage and aspiration to see a therapist. No matter what kind of concerns you are having before you walk into a therapy room, I am more than willing to listen to them and see if we are a good fit working together. If we are not compatible therapy-wise, it will still be my pleasure to assist you in finding the resources that can help you move forward.

I am currently a grad student at the University of Denver, pursuing my master’s degree in counseling psychology. I have a great passion for working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and identities. The approach I adopt is fundamentally person-centered, with a focus on emotions. People from all backgrounds are greatly welcomed here. As a therapist of color, I  dedicate myself to finding radical healing with clients of color. I also provide Mandarin-speaking therapy.

Healing for me is anything relevant to plants and pets.
