I have always been passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges which led me to a career in clinical mental health counseling. Through my work, I have found individuals to be incredibly resilient. I believe everyone has strengths and I love empowering individuals to start making changes in their life. I believe in a collaborative approach and partner with my clients to create impactful goals to move forward on the journey towards healing and happiness.

I am a Denver Native and received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. A few years later I returned to University of Colorado Denver to receive my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I’ve worked with individuals dealing with issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, trauma, postpartum, grief and loss, life transitions, relational struggles, body image concerns, LGBTQIA+ and more. 

Outside of the therapy room I enjoy being outside, travelling, skiing, cooking, reading and being with loved ones, including my new pup Ruby! I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path to healing.
