My goal is to help you make practical, positive changes by tapping into your inner strengths. Prior to my graduate studies, I worked in the field of psychology research for many years, but have chosen to pursue a more person-focused path.

In our sessions, you'll find a warm, direct, and supportive space for open exploration. I combine evidence-based methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches to guide you toward practical solutions and personal growth.

I firmly believe that people have the ability to overcome challenges. Our work together is a partnership, focused on setting achievable goals, tracking progress, and acknowledging every step forward.

Outside of my work I enjoy crossword puzzles, photography, Sichuan food, exploring Pittsburgh by foot, and honing my cooking skills.

Making changes takes courage, and I commend your decision to explore this journey. If you're ready to work toward solutions, or if you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
