Medicaid Information

We are credentialed with Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) and contract with several Medicaid companies. Please reach out to our team and we can verify your coverage. You can learn more about our Medicaid policies here.

Out-of-Pocket Session Rates & Sliding Scale Options  

If we are out-of-network for your insurance or choose not to use insurance for your care, we offer competitive out-of-pocket rates. Please note that contracted insurance rates vary.

Licensed Therapists
(LPC, LMFT, & LCSW)

  • $150 per individual session
  • $175 for intake or family/couple session
  • Pre-pay packages are not currently available

Pre-Licensed Therapists
(Under Supervision)

  • Sliding scale of $90-$140 based on estimated annual household income

Master’s Level Interns
(Under Supervision)

  • Sliding scale of $20-$70 based on estimated annual household income.

Coaching

  • Sliding scale of $90-$130 based on estimated annual household income

Yes! We accept most Colorado Medicaid plans. We collaborate with Colorado Community Health Alliance, Colorado Access, Northeast Health Partners and Rocky Mountain Health Plans. However, if we’re out-of-network for your Medicaid plan, we will refer you to an affiliated institution.

An intern therapist is a graduate student in a master’s or doctoral counseling program who is in the advanced stages of training. As part of their degree requirements, interns provide counseling services directly to clients under the close supervision of licensed mental health professionals.

We respect that choice. For clients without coverage, or if we’re out-of-network with your provider, we have competitive income-based sliding scale out-of-pocket rates.

Telehealth offers convenience and flexibility, eliminating commute times. Especially beneficial for remote residents in Colorado and Pittsburgh, telehealth is a viable option. It’s essential to choose what feels right for you. All our therapists are equipped to offer virtual sessions.

You will receive an email from our client portal system, Ritten, with electronic paperwork items to fill out prior to your appointment. The link to this portal will expire 24 hours from the time it is sent, so we encourage you to fill out this paperwork as soon as possible. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Any forms not completed ahead of time will be filled out with your therapist at the beginning of your session.

You will receive a link for your meeting directing you to our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, Ring Central. If you would prefer to use your phone for telehealth sessions, please follow these instructions:

  • Ring Central will not work in a browser on your phone- you will be required to download the app
  • Once the app is installed, open the meeting link
  • The link will open a new window on the browser prompting you to download the app, below this option there’s another that says ” Do you already have the Ring Central App? Open now”, click on this one and after that, the mobile app will open and will auto-populate the info for you to join the meeting.
  • Tap join meeting
  • For any questions with troubleshooting- please reach out to your therapist directly
  • Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW): These professionals have fulfilled graduate studies, client hours, and passed licensing exams. They’re contracted with multiple insurance providers.
  • Pre-Licensed Clinicians (MFTC, LSW, LPCC): These therapists have wrapped up their graduate studies, undergone supervised internships, and are in pursuit of unrestricted licensure. They’re in-network with specific providers via incident-to or supervisory billing.
  • Interns: They are in the process of completing their Master’s with an accredited counseling program and are supervised by a licensed therapist. They’re in-network with specific providers via incident-to or supervisory billing.
  • Individual: Personalized one-on-one sessions for ages 3+
  • Couples: Sessions for couples to address relationship challenges.
  • Families: Focuses on family dynamics, addressing patterns and goals.
  • Group: Group sessions for clients with related challenges.

The first sessions primarily address your concerns and therapeutic objectives. This will be a collaborative process where you and your therapist outline your goals and assess your current situation to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Together, you will determine if you want to continue with the treatment plan. Your comfort matters to us! If you feel a disconnect, we’re open to help assist you with referrals.
