Our team is growing and looking to expand our talented team of mental health professionals. Check out our current openings below.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling/therapy, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field.
  • Current LMFT in Colorado.
  • Desire to be an MFT clinical supervisor required; previous clinical supervision experience highly preferred.
  • Must be eligible for AAMFT-approved supervisor status
  • 2+ years of Marriage and Family Therapy experience required.
  • Interest and experience working with a range of ages and populations.
  • Strong communication skills and a strength in establishing therapeutic relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, high level of motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong leadership skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Willingness to be a part of a private practice community, including consultation and collaboration.
  • Availability to see a minimum of 22 clients/supervisees (combined) per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56.00 per hour starting (with higher rates for providing clinical supervision).
