Greetings! Thanks for taking the first step on your path to wellness! Therapy can be an intimidating process, but also one of the most rewarding ones. I believe that change is possible for anyone and my clients are experts in this process. Through an eclectic skill set, I hope to help people discover themselves and forge their own path to wellness, resilience, and courage. I believe that every person deserves to feel understood, empathized with, and safe. Through the therapeutic relationship and some gentle direction, your relationship with yourself and others can be satisfying, that we can keep the real you whole, and give you the freedom to explore not only difficulties, but successes as well.

I currently hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have several years experience working in a plethora of environments surrounding substance abuse, domestic violence, and mental health, as well as experience in research. I have a deep interest in working with clients healing from C-PTSD/PTSD, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar, addiction and substance use, grief and loss, athletic & dietary goals, career counseling, stress-managements, and life skills/organization.

When I’m not working, you can find me running, cycling, skiing, playing ultimate frisbee, reading sci-fi books, or spending quality time with my friends and family.
