Greetings! Thanks for taking the first step on your path to wellness! Therapy can be an intimidating process, but also one of the most rewarding ones. I believe that change is possible for anyone and my clients are the directors in this process. I hope to help people discover themselves and forge their own path to wellness, resilience, and courage. I believe that every person deserves to feel understood, empathized with, and safe. Through the therapeutic relationship, an eclectic skillset, and some gentle direction, your relationship with yourself and others can be satisfying and that we can keep the real you whole. 

I currently hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. My clinical background includes working with adult individuals and groups in a variety of settings. I have specialized training and experience in substance abuse/addictions, EMDR, offender treatment, and research. I have a deep interest in working with clients healing from C-PTSD/PTSD, relationship issues, codependency, NAS, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use, grief and loss, exercise health, stress-managements, and life skills/organization. I am grounded in a person-centered foundation while utilizing a plethora of other techniques such as ACT/RBT, CBT, EMDR, Narrative, and Strength-Based approaches. I adapt my approach to meet the needs of each client's unique concerns and goals. 

When I’m not working, you can find me running, cycling, skiing, playing ultimate frisbee, reading sci-fi books, or spending quality time with my friends and family.
