I know firsthand the courage it takes to reach out for help and so I’m glad you made it here! For
a lot of us, we don’t reach out until it feels like we don’t have any other option and taking that
leap can be intimidating and scary. With that in mind, I take a patient, empathetic, and non-
judgmental approach that relies on collaboration between you and me.

Factors that I consider in our work together include the various systems you are a part of,
possible trauma dynamics, relationships, spirituality, cultural impacts, values, and health and
wellness. I also take an integrative approach and may utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy),
DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), somatic experiencing, internal family systems (IFS), and
acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). We are all unique and complex individuals and I
find it important to view everyone as such in order to best help you.

After earning my BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, I have worked in
various mental health positions and am now currently enrolled in Regis University’s Master’s in
Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. My experience has included working mainly with
adults who struggle with PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, process and substance addictions, and
depression.

In my free time, I enjoy baking, reading, watching movies, enjoying the Colorado sunshine, and
spending quality time with my partner and our two pet bunnies!
