I like to think of therapy as training wheels on a bike, extra support to help you find balance and direction until you’re ready to ride on your own. As your therapist, I’m here to guide and encourage you, but you're the one steering the path forward. Your growth and healing come from within, and my role is to support that process in a way that feels empowering and genuine.

I take an integrative, holistic approach, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, needs, and background. There is no “one-size-fits-all” in healing. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can build the tools you need to become confident and independent again. Our work together will be collaborative, grounded, and at times gently direct always with compassion and care.
Rather than focusing on “positive thinking,” I help clients adopt a more neutral, realistic perspective. Sometimes there is no bright side, and that’s okay. Instead, we can explore how to face life with honesty, clarity, and self-compassion.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of the therapy room, I love playing video games, hiking, spending time with loved ones, and I'm obsessed with dogs. I’ve also had the joy of working with therapy dogs which has inspired me to incorporate animal assisted therapy into my work in the future.

Whether you choose to work with me or someone else, I want you to feel supported in finding what works best for you. That’s what this journey is about.
