I see the journey of being human as a deeply meaningful and complex adventure, filled with trials and accomplishments. Embracing the reality of life's ups and downs, my focus is on exploring and respecting these aspects and understanding their impact on our present experiences.

My therapeutic philosophy is firmly grounded in the belief that each person possesses an innate worthiness deserving and capable of healing and growth. I employ an integrated approach that draws from various treatment theories, emphasizing the importance of tailoring the approach to the individual client rather than expecting the client to conform to a specific methodology.

It's my belief that the therapeutic relationship is an integral aspect of the journey to positive change. My aspiration is to establish a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment, where we honor vulnerability, authenticity, and compassion as indispensable pillars of our journey together.

I earned my Bachelor's in Art Education from CSU and am working towards my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University.

In my free time, you can find me exploring my creativity through painting, drawing, sculpture, and woodworking. When I'm not making art I am typically reading, exploring nature, or spending quality time with friends and family.
