Hi there, I’m Sarah! As CRS’s Practice Manager, I aim to ensure our clinicians and administrative staff are well-supported and cared for so that they may in turn support our clients. I wear many hats here at CRS, handling our marketing and website development, people operations, hiring, and community outreach in addition to whatever tasks may arise within our growing organization 🙂

I come to CRS with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Theatre for Young Children and Directing. This unique background gives me a perspective that allows me to incorporate the importance of explorative play and work-life balance within our ever-expanding practice. My professional work prior to now includes over 8 years of people and operations management and administrative experience, much of which took place in young local businesses here in Denver focusing on business development and growth. I am incredibly passionate about mental healthcare accessibility and am so profoundly excited and fulfilled that the type of advocacy I now participate in at CRS aligns with my professional history.

Outside of work hours, I volunteer with Feline Friends of LOLAs fostering kittens 🙂 My favorite resilience strategies include spending time in nature and with my own kitties, paddle boarding, meditating, getting a new tattoo, and spending time with my friends and family.
