Hello! My name is Stephanie. I hold my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I am formerly an elementary school teacher, faith community leader, and small business owner. Through a lot of twists and turns in my life’s story, I became deeply passionate about the healing work of therapy.

This human experience we are all living is complex and often challenging and painful. I believe that through the therapeutic process you can connect deeply with yourself in a way that results in healthier relationships in your life first with yourself and then with others. I work from an integrated approach utilizing principles from multiple theories of treatment and prefer to focus less on behaviors and more upon motivations, intentions and identity. I would be honored to partner with you in this process.

I am a mom of 3 children: a 23-year-old daughter, a 20-year-old son, and a 16-year-old daughter, two of whom identify as queer. I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have a rescued fur baby, my 4-year-old terrier mix named Finn.

I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation, gardening, interior decorating, hiking, standup paddle boarding, reading and listening to podcasts. I’m a foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and recipes to cook at home.
