Hi there! I'm a therapist originally from Michigan who loves spending time outdoors, reading a good book, and hanging out with my dog. I graduated from Louisiana State University and have a passion for supporting kids, parents, and individuals through life’s challenges.

I specialize in early childhood interventions and parent-child relationship work, using tools like Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I also work with ADHD, neurodivergence, and trauma, offering a supportive, affirming space to help you or your child feel understood and empowered.

My approach blends a variety of evidence-based therapies—like CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS)—with mindfulness and body-based work (I’m also a trained yoga teacher!). Whether you’re navigating parenting stress, emotional overwhelm, or just trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you feel grounded, connected, and supported.
