Hello, and welcome! I’m Amanda, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin the first step into therapy. I am here for you, and I want you to know that you don’t have to face this journey alone. I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, and have been living in Denver, Colorado for the past four years. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Mills College, and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands.

I understand that therapy can feel like a big leap, especially when navigating personal struggles like anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult life transitions. I want you to know that this is a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space where all backgrounds are welcome. I have also committed myself to navigating through LGBTQIA+ issues, which is a passion of mine. Everyone deserves support, and I am committed to helping you explore and grow in a way that feels affirming and empowering.

In our work together, my goal is to create an environment where you feel heard, valued, and accepted for exactly who you are. I believe in your ability to heal, build resilience, and find the tools you need to move forward. It would be an honor to walk with you through this process, wherever your journey may take you.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my dog, Luna, cooking a variety of different cuisines, diamond art, kickboxing, paddleboarding, reading, and playing video games. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
