Are you looking for a safe space to sort through your thoughts and emotions? You don’t have to face those feelings alone! I’m Amanda, and I’m here to walk beside you with empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to your growth.

I work with adults, children, and teens, (ages 6+) supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety/separation anxiety in children, depression, trauma, and life transitions. When working with children and adolescents, I take a collaborative approach that involves the whole family system, helping strengthen communication, connection, and emotional well-being at home.

I grew up as a kid with big emotions, so I understand how overwhelming feelings can be—and how important it is to have the right tools and support. I believe that learning to cope with emotions takes time, patience, and a safe space to explore what you’re feeling. I also believe that having a nonjudgmental third party can make a meaningful difference.

My practice is grounded in creating a safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive space where all backgrounds are welcome. My goal is to help you feel heard, valued, and accepted for exactly who you are. I believe in your ability to heal, grow, and build resilience; it would be an honor to walk with you through this process of self discovery.
