Hi I’m Ari,

I am a proud queer, non-binary, person of color and my lived experience deeply shapes the way I show up for my clients. I believe liberation is essential and that healing happens through relationships both internal and external. I am EMDR and Hypnosis trained, MindBody Therapy certified and I incorporate Somatic, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and mindfulness practices into sessions.

If you have been carrying a weight you can’t quite name, stuck in patterns that leave you doubting yourself, I see you. Maybe stress hits in ways you don’t fully understand, or conflict makes you question your feelings. You want to trust yourself, to express your needs without second-guessing—but right now, that feels out of reach. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore these struggles together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you carry all the wisdom needed to grow. We’ll build clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself, at your own pace.
