Hi there! I'm Ashton, I work with couples, families, children, and individuals. I value connecting with people in an authentic and meaningful way. My work is rooted in a humanistic and emotion-focused approach, which means I believe in meeting you where you’re at and creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. 

I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all – it’s personal, intricate, and deeply human. I am committed to going wherever the work takes us, following your needs and emotions with flexibility and curiosity. Whether we’re navigating relationships, uncovering deep truths, or simply holding space for what’s hard, my goal is to work alongside you in a way that feels authentic, safe, and meaningful. This work is my passion, and I feel privileged to share in the courage and transformation it inspires. 

A little about me, I come from a big family and spend most of my time with family and friends. I had a previous career in the culinary arts – food is my passion! I have two mini Australian shepherds who you will definitely meet if we do Telehealth.
