I view the human experience as a profound, layered journey filled with challenges and connections. Embracing the inevitability of life, my commitment is to explore and honor these aspects, recognizing their impact on the present moment. I’m passionate about transforming negative narratives into empowering stories that foster compassion, gratitude, and intimacy. I firmly believe that extending grace and self-compassion is paramount in overcoming fear.

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in the belief that every individual is inherently worthy of connection and healing. Guided by a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and systems-based philosophy, I integrate elements of Compassion Focused Therapy and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. I specialize in intimacy, sexuality, attachment, self- esteem, addiction and recovery, trauma, and transitions.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is a sacred space for genuine collaboration and creativity. It is my goal to create a safe and supportive space where vulnerability, authenticity, and compassion are celebrated as essential components of our journey together.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from UCCS and received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adam’s State University. Most of my free time is dedicated to creative expressive outlets, concert-going, reading, and deepening my connection with my fiancé, friends, and family.
