Hi! I’m Caroline. Originally from New York, I found my way out West in 2018 and it’s been home ever since.

My clinical journey has been shaped by a deep interest in how we heal and remember our wholeness. I’m especially drawn to the ways healing unfolds through relationship. When we create safety in connection, support the nervous system, and work with the body rather than against it, change becomes more sustainable.

Above all else, I’m only human, and value meeting you where you’re at. I believe we all carry different parts of ourselves - some that are eager to grow, and others that are protecting old wounds. Rather than trying to "fix" these parts, I see therapy as a space to get to know them with openness and respect.  

Outside of counseling, I stay connected to my own sense of balance through yoga, playing and listening to music, and spending time with animals. These practices remind me that growth often comes in small, quiet ways, and that being in relationship - with ourselves, our bodies, and others - is rarely linear. 

I would feel honored to walk alongside you as you explore your stories, reconnect with forgotten parts of yourself, and build new ways of being with the world around you.
