Curtis NelsonMarriage and Family Therapy Intern
Location: Denver, COAppointment Types: In-Person • Telehealth - Colorado

Hi! My name is Curtis. I'm a therapist because I believe we all have the capacity for deep peace and joy—and sometimes we just need a little help finding our way back to it. My work focuses on attachment, which means I’m especially interested in how our relationships shape who we are and how we connect.
I help individuals and couples explore the patterns that keep them stuck—not to dwell on the past, but to make space for new ways of relating to themselves and others. I believe that meaningful growth often begins in moments of discomfort, and I’m here to walk with my clients through that process with care and collaboration.
Outside of the office, I love being outdoors, spending time with my two cats, and trying new pizza spots in Colorado. I’m originally from Salt Lake City and have been loving life in Colorado since moving here two years ago.
