Hi, I’m Dani, and I’m a bilingual therapist originally from Costa Rica. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and I’m passionate about holding space for people from all walks of life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity questions, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you, without judgment and at your pace.

I work with kids and adults at different stages in life, and I believe in meeting every client exactly where they are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I often draw from practices like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic work, and narrative therapy, but more than anything, I focus on building a relationship where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.

I know that healing looks different for everyone, and I truly see it as an honor to walk with my clients through their stories, however complex or tender they may be.

Outside of therapy, I love reading, coffee, and I’m in the process of reconnecting with movement and joy through sports after many years as a competitive swimmer. I’m so excited to be part of the CRS team and look forward to supporting you on your journey.
