Welcome!
My name is Hannah and I am a social worker who loves working with kids, teens, and young adults. I graduated with my masters degree from Roberts Wesleyan University and have had a wide variety of experiences supporting youth, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges.
It is my goal to create a safe and comfortable space where you can understand and be yourself while discovering new ways to navigate life. My favorite moment in a session is when a client makes a new discovery about themselves.
Because each client has unique needs, I draw from a variety of modalities including: art, mindfulness, somatic work, play therapy, narrative therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I recognize that you are most likely reading this page because life has not turned out the way you expected it. I am honored by your willingness to show up and look forward to working alongside you. For parents and caregivers, I firmly believe in the importance of a collaborative approach as we work together to best support your child.
When I’m not at CRS, I love reading, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
Feel free to reach out with any questions!
