Hi, I'm Jamie and I use she/her pronouns. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate with a degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, and I can't wait to work with you!

My approach to therapy is client-centered and strength-based. I am passionate about meeting my clients exactly where they are and collaborating on how to get where they want to be. Whatever your reasons are for coming to therapy, I hope we can work together to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, empowered, and understood! I draw from a variety of modalities depending on what will be most helpful to you, but I love using art and play as avenues to process things that come up in therapy and life.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and then spent a few years working at a community mental health clinic where I worked with youth with a variety of different mental health concerns and trauma. I also have worked as a school counselor and a preschool teacher! As you can probably guess, I am really passionate about helping children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults navigate everything that comes with growing up so they can grow into the best versions of themselves that they can be! I understand that childhood through early adulthood comes with so many unique challenges and changes, and it is truly an honor to hear my client's stories and be a witness and supporter in their growth and development.

When I'm not being a therapist, I love to read, play video games, make art, ski, camp, and cuddle with my dogs! I am really looking forward to meeting you and being part of your journey!
