Hi, I'm Jamie and I use she/her pronouns. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, and I can't wait to work with you!

I take an individualized and integrative approach to therapy, meaning that my sessions are tailored to meet the needs of whoever I'm sitting across from! I tend to be person-centered and humanistic, but I love using techniques from IFS (parts-work), ACT, and play therapy as well. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are at and collaborating on how to get to where they want to be.

Whatever your reasons are for coming to therapy, I hope we can work together to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, empowered, and understood! It would truly be an honor to hear your story and be a witness and supporter in your growth and healing!

When I'm not being a therapist, I love to read, garden, play video games, make art, ski, camp, and cuddle with my dog. If you think I might be a good fit for you, please reach out! I look forward to connecting.
