Hi, my name is Jasmine, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I believe that there isn’t anything you can’t handle. Whether you are facing something new and intimidating or just having a difficult time getting through your day-to-day, you are not alone. The decision to start therapy can be daunting, and I want to reassure you, I’m with you every step of the way. My practice is rooted in embracing everything that makes you, you. Everyone has tools and skills that work for them. For me, exercise, the outdoors, and community are what work – let’s find what works for you.

I am currently earning my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. While pursuing this path, I have been working as a Paramedic. This experience has equipped me to build a therapeutic, safe, and empathetic space for other first responders. Although I work with people from all walks of life, I understand the unique challenges that come with being a front-line responder and how isolating it can feel. But I’m here to tell you, you are not alone.

When I’m not in the office or on the ambulance, you can typically find me outside – embracing all Colorado has to offer. Whether it’s a fly rod in my hand, skis on my feet, or a rucksack on my back, I can always find an excuse to breathe in the fresh air. I also enjoy working out, reading, and spending time with my pups.
