Hi, I’m Jason. I know reaching out to a therapist can feel like a big step, so take a moment to recognize the courage it took to get here. That first step matters.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to explore what brought you here and find ways to move toward the life you want to live—on your own terms.

My approach is person-centered, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to provide empathy, honesty, and support so you feel safe to reflect, grow, and discover new possibilities. I also draw from cognitive behavioral approaches, exploring how our thoughts and beliefs shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us. Whether you’re facing a major life transition, relationship issues, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or just haven’t felt like yourself for a while, we can work through it together.

I’m currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. Outside of my work, I recharge through climbing, kayaking, photography, and time outdoors—practices that keep me grounded and remind me of the value of balance, curiosity, and connection.

Finding the right fit with a therapist is essential, and I’d be happy to connect for a phone consultation so we can get to know each other.

Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
