Hello, I'm Jennifer Crossan, a master’s level student studying clinical mental health counseling at the University of Pittsburgh. My goal is to help you make practical, positive changes by tapping into your inner strengths. Prior to my graduate studies, I worked in the field of psychology research for many years, but have chosen to pursue a more person-focused path.

In our sessions, you'll find a warm, direct, and supportive space for open exploration. I combine evidence-based methods like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches to guide you toward practical solutions and personal growth.

I firmly believe that people have the ability to overcome challenges. Our work together is a partnership, focused on setting achievable goals, tracking progress, and acknowledging every step forward.

Outside of my work I enjoy crossword puzzles, photography, Sichuan food, exploring Pittsburgh by foot, and honing my cooking skills.

Making changes takes courage, and I commend your decision to explore this journey. If you're ready to work toward solutions, or if you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
