We cannot always control the situations we find ourselves in but we can choose how to react to them. I believe change comes from vulnerability, respect, and the ability to lean into the uncomfortable. I know it can be difficult to take the first steps in addressing your mental health. I am here to support you in this process and I will use an eclectic approach to meet you wherever you are in your life.

I primarily work through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens, and I specialize in anxiety, stress management, substance abuse, and depression. In session, we will work toward having your thoughts, actions, and behavior align to minimize discomfort. I believe change can be achieved by strengthening self-efficacy and resiliency. In our work together, I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space that will enable you to explore yourself and create the resilience you will need to face adversity. I see challenges as an opportunity for growth and believe one can always learn from mistakes.

I graduated from CU Boulder with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I really love Colorado and all that it has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, skiing, cooking, spending time with friends, family, and my Australian Shepherd, Rose! I look forward to meeting with you!
