The systems in our lives have shaped us in ways we may not even realize. This is why I believe a critical therapeutic piece is examining those various systems in order to better understand our triggers, emotions, and behaviors.

I have extensive experience working in family, adolescent, and individual therapy and providing supervision to new social workers seeking licensure and interns finishing their degree. All of these experiences have shaped my therapeutic perspective to include a transparent and compassionate approach to helping my clients navigate life’s difficulties. I work with adults, families, and couples of all gender identities, socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and ethnicities. In addition to therapeutic work, I am passionate about advocacy for the rights of the elderly, delinquent youth, and other disenfranchised populations. I have additional expertise in elderly caregiving and support.

I am trained in systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma informed care.

I have lived in Colorado most of my life and I have been married for 33 years! Socially, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my three cats.
