With a Bachelor's in Gender Studies and a Master's in Counseling, I have had a lifelong passion for understanding the “how and why” of our existence and how to best support others. My knowledge and experience include career coaching, life transitions, school issues, relationships, parenting, self-esteem, substance abuse, and sexual health and wellness. I have assisted adults, older adults, children, and teens in navigating through life’s questions, challenges, and hardships. In a compassionate and trusting environment, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit you and your specific needs. I create an accepting, safe space for reflection and exploration.
