Hi there! I am excited to get to know you and your story, as we begin working together. I believe that humans have an incredible capacity for growth and healing, and I feel passionately that all people deserve access to quality care and resources for self-exploration and reflection.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's in School Counseling. The first 8 years of my career included working in the public school setting in case management, truancy advocacy, and school counseling.

Throughout 2024, I pursued the additional coursework and training necessary to become an LPCC. I am thrilled to be working in the clinical space, continuing to support children and adolescents.

I have a passion for working with young people as they develop, self-discover, and build life-long skills and practices for wellness and wholeness. I also feel strongly about partnering well with parents and guardians to support their children and continuing to grow alongside one another.

I am committed to creating an environment that allows for freedom, safety, and authenticity, as we incorporate play, creativity, and practices that feel honest to each client.

I have experience working with kids and teens with ADHD, anxiety, ASD, depression, suicidality, and challenges in regulation, executive functioning, transitions, and/or relationships.

With empathy and care, I use techniques and strategies from modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Play Therapy, and mindfulness/grounding practices.

I look forward to building a genuine relationship with you and/or your family, as we begin this process together!

Outside of CRS, I love hunting down quality coffee, playing with my golden retriever, enjoying live music and theatre, a good movie, skiing, hiking, podcasts, discovering a hidden restaurant gem, gardening, and adventuring with my husband and friends.
