Lindsey EmersonLPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Locations: Denver, CO • Pittsburgh, PAAppointment Types: In-Person • Telehealth - Colorado

Hello and welcome! My name is Lindsey and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and human being. I am a therapist because I believe in the healing power of connection. My goal is to create a comfortable environment that is inclusive of all identities in order to create a safe launching pad for client self-discovery and understanding. I value meeting clients where they are and look forward to walking alongside individuals (with a gentle push here and there) as they learn to navigate roadblocks.
Originally from the East Coast, I received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marshall University prior to serving two years in AmeriCorps. Following AmeriCorps, I worked with youth in foster care while receiving my Master's degree in Couple and Family Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. Over my professional career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples, and family clients across a variety of systems in the greater Denver area.
I enjoy reading, going on long meandering walks, thrifting, buying too many houseplants, and spending time with my loved ones. I look forward to meeting you soon!
