Hello! I’m Maureen.

After losing my job during the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to leave my career in marketing to discover my true passion and purpose as a counselor. I'm here to offer guidance and a compassionate perspective to help others overcome life’s obstacles in order to live healthy, fulfilled, and whole lives.

You deserve to live a life that reflects your authentic self and aligns with who you are. Often we find ourselves out of balance and out of touch with ourselves, and I believe counseling can help you find your center again.

My approach to counseling is rooted in humility and curiosity and built on a strong therapeutic relationship of mutual respect and openness. I believe creating new awareness and perspective around your perceptions and behaviors is the foundation for positive change. Together we will work on fostering deeper self-awareness and connection so that you can gain the clarity and deeper self-understanding needed to to go fearlessly in the direction of the life you imagine for yourself.

In my free time you can find me practicing hot yoga, whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen, or exploring the mountains in the snow or sun. I look forward to connecting with you.
