What excites me the most asan early career therapist is the opportunity to learn alongside individuals I am helping. I’m so grateful for the chance to be part of your journey as you explore ways to reach your goals, overcome obstacles, and grow into the person you want to be. Every step you take toward growth is something I celebrate, and I truly feel privileged to support you through your journey. Even as I’m still learning in this field, I’m inspired by how powerful the process of self-discovery and healing can be, and I’m honored to walk with you on that path.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and person-centered therapy. By combining these techniques, I aim to help clients uncover their inner resilience, develop effectivecoping strategies, and build practical tools for managing life’s challenges.
A little bit about me: I grew up in Colorado, which has inspired my love for the outdoors. On weekends, you can usually find me exploring various parks and trails, going for long walks, or reading a good book. I also enjoy spending quality time with myloved ones, whether that’s grabbing a casual dinner or just catching up over a cup of coffee. These simple moments remind me of the importance of connection, both with others and with ourselves, which is why I’m so passionate about helping people build deeper, more meaningful connections in their own lives.
