Miranda EvansMarriage and Family Therapy Intern

Hi, I’m Miranda! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Regis University. I work with individuals, teens, families, and couples, supporting them with life transitions, identity and relationship challenges, communication, and connection.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator and dance teacher. Those experiences taught me that people grow best when they feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self without judgment or pressure to be anyone else.

I take a systemic approach. I look at the whole picture of your life, including your relationships, family, culture, and environment, to understand how each part fits together and impacts your well-being. Together, we can notice patterns, make sense of your experiences, and find new ways forward that feel authentic to you.

As a queer woman, I care deeply about creating affirming and inclusive spaces for LGBTQIA+ clients while welcoming people from all identities and backgrounds.

Outside of therapy, I spend time with my rescue dog Jaimoe, my partner, and close friends. I enjoy weightlifting and movement as ways to stay grounded and connected to myself.
