I'm Phoebe, a graduate of Counseling at Regis University, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to support you as you navigate life's challenges. I view the counseling relationship as collaborative, and I believe that human beings have an amazing capacity for resilience. I recognize that the tools that work well for one individual may not be as helpful to another; therefore, each client must engage in a process of discovering their own strategies for resilience. I approach my work with clients in an individualized manner, tailoring my approach to the client's personal strengths and challenges, and always meeting clients with warmth, compassion, and a lack of judgment. I believe context matters, so I approach my work with a sociocultural and trauma-informed lens. I'm passionate about early intervention and love working with children and adolescents, but I also believe that change and healing are possible across the lifespan and enjoy providing counseling services to adults, as well.

Prior to becoming a counselor, I've worked in education, entertainment, and the nonprofit sector. I am originally from Denver and am committed to serving our Colorado communities. Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy hiking, singing, traveling, and spending time with my loved ones.
