I earned my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and have a background in creatively engaging children and families. My approach is grounded in the belief that we all have the capacity to grow, especially when met with curiosity and compassion. I incorporate play therapy techniques to help children express themselves beyond words, creating space to explore emotions, behavior, and relationships in a developmentally attuned way.

In my work with families and couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help uncover the attachment needs and emotional patterns that shape connection. Whether navigating conflict, communication challenges, or life transitions, I tailor therapy to honor each client’s unique experience and goals.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a big believer in play and adventure. I’m a new puppy mom to Leo, who keeps life joyful and often joins me on Colorado’s trails and scenic drives. When I’m not exploring the outdoors, I love cooking, sharing meals with friends, and embracing creative projects that bring warmth and connection into everyday life.
