Therapy is a journey we take together; you are the expert on your experience and my role is to help you uncover deeper insights, break unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor to sessions.
My approach is flexible and tailored to you, blending acceptance (ACT), emotion-focused (EFIT), internal family systems (IFS), somatic, and person-centered therapies with awareness, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, burnout, or trauma, we’ll work to get to the heart of what’s holding you back—not just manage symptoms but foster real growth.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people with autism, ADHD, neurodiverse individuals, and those in high-stress, caregiving roles. My time in conservation as a zookeeper taught me firsthand about the toll of burnout. That experience fuels my commitment to helping people reconnect with their values and true selves.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy balancing being a homebody with exploring everything
Denver has to offer, this includes cycling, hiking, collecting vinyl, attending concerts and movies, and playing video games.
