Hello! My name is Ryan and I am excited to support you in your mental wellness journey. I
believe therapy is a collaborative process, you are the expert on your experience and I aim to
help you develop a deeper awareness and understanding of yourself. I take a holistic approach
to therapy that blends elements from person-centered therapy, ACT, and EFT and emphasizes
genuineness, acceptance, awareness, and mindfulness. I work with my clients to identify what
lies at the true core of their struggles and individually tailor evidence-based treatments to enact
long-term sustainable change.
I provide a safe and accepting therapeutic environment for human beings from all walks of life. I
firmly believe in meeting people where they are at, wherever that may be on their path in life. My
core interests include depression, anxiety, technology-related addictions, burnout, and chronic
pain. Additionally, I am passionate about the neurodiversity movement and approach the therapy
environment with non-judgment, curiosity, and openness
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Michigan University. Before
pursuing my Master's degree, my career was dedicated to the conservation of endangered bird
species as a zookeeper. During this time I witnessed how widespread caretaker burnout in the
animal care field is, which led to my finding my calling to support others in their mental wellness
journeys.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy balancing being a homebody with exploring everything
Denver has to offer, this includes cycling, hiking, collecting vinyl, attending concerts and movies,
and playing video games.
