Hi there! I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Denver. My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe, welcoming space where you can show up as your true, authentic self. I work from a client-centered and trauma-informed perspective, honoring your unique experiences and meeting you where you are.

I value genuine connection and believe healing happens through supportive relationships. I’m especially passionate about incorporating play and exploration into therapy. I have experience working with people with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities, and am passionate about providing inclusive, affirming support.

It’s an honor to support you on your healing journey, and I look forward to getting to know you.

Outside of Center for Resilience Strategies, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Barney, and reading a good book. I also enjoy going to concerts, cooking, and hiking.
